Ummm, local/ad hoc WiFi...
No, actually it wouldn't eliminate the wireless function. It would be in addition to it, and I was just wondering if that option was available considering the fact that the whole world doesn't have WiFi. It would be a down right logical addition in my opinion.

As I said, most functions that can be done over infrastructure (and more) can be done over a direct ad hoc wireless connection...
