Yes, just go to pspube.com on your PSP's web browser and download them straight to your PSP.
go to pspube.com , from there you can download tons of videos, it works fine for me
Do you have a better website beside pspube.com?
With the exception of a few movies (ie. On the Spot) I encode all the movies for my PSP. My encoder of choice is the free PSP Video 9.
