Playstation Store.... can I ask this?

I was wandering if it is allowed to make an account for like austrailia (i'm in the U.S.) so I can buy games from that market.... or is that considered illegal?Playstation Store.... can I ask this?

nah I have USA dollars, but It wouldn't just automatically convert?

But be warned tho that as of psp firmware 3.95 Sony region locked all Playstation Store gaming content and even tho they will let you register %26 link your psp with a store from another region all gaming content from your previous region will no longer work. So in your case it means if you have a psp with firmware 3.95 or higher %26 you create an Australian account then register %26 link your psp to your new Australan account any games from the U.S. store you already have or download will no longer work. It happened to me when i made a U.S. store account, i could no longer use content from my local New Zealand store account.

hmm does that effect actual UMDS? I was thinking about looking at a few diffrent games from the uk etc. does that effect it too?
No, UMD's are not region locked.
