I think that I'll keep my slim, as the new model just doesn't have enough new features to make me drop $200 more dollars when I'm trying to save up for more important things.Will You Buy New PSP?
It is good in some ways but I was expecting to see the PSP at a later time with more additions, it's cool but I won't be buying it. I'm happy with my Phat.

NO, i love my psp slim (i've had it like 4 months or something). I wouldn't buy a new psp unless they made a psp2 that had dual analog sticks and a hard drive built in. a minor update to the hardware is not worth spending another $200. If i could have bought a new psp fat for less than the slim, i probably would have, since there is not a HUGE difference between the two.
No, I upgraded to the Slim when they were relased last year and Im very happy with it. The new 3000 model is just not different enough to even justify it. I dont care about Skype/Go Messenger............I play games on my PSP.
I will buy a new PSP when it is also my cell phone.

Nah sony can keep there face lift psp-3000 with 2 added things and im not going to jump the gun because sumthing new comes out
Well ign.com have stated that the psp 3000 has also had its tv out function upgraded to make it compatiable with older tv's when playing games. Meaning you will no longer need a progressive scan capable tv to play game. So if that is true %26 my Go!Cam camera, tv out cable plus corded remote work fine with the new Psp-3000 then HELL YES ill buy a Psp-3000 on launch day.
i do not think so i just bough a psp on the 3rd of this month, well have to see, paying 200 for a mic and different home button um no , psp 2002 is fine fo me
Hell yeah!! was about to purchase one (2000) not to long ago, but im glad I held out. Im loving the new colors and the better quality screen. I gave my phat to my lil newphew about a few days ago and was planning on buyin a slim; glad I found out about the 3000.
Of course not. What a useless update IMO. I just bought my PSP Slim last year on the 15th. (If you check my blog) Theres only like what 2 updates?-Bulit-in Mic (Pretty good update)-Better Screen (Not really needed for me, as I hardly play in sunny areas)

The built in mic %26 better screen are just the updates sony have stated publicly so far. Its now been found out that the wi-fi has had some sort of update to make it better %26 the tv out function when playing games has been made compatiable with older tv's so you no longer need a HD-TV to play psp games on your tv.
I'm keeping my phat until a) 3000 goes down in price to 2000-level, or b) it breaks.
