Yes do u have an account with the PSN you can make it with ur computer on the psn website. but you have to download the software But the PC site is http://store.playstation.com/game/index.vm ANd make sure ur psp is at the latest version about the playstation network

yes i have all of that, so all i have to do is connect my psp to the computer and get the xpd file and start downloading from the network downloader?
