No, Zack Fair is most likely not in this game, but it could be a possibility that he appears like Cloud and Aerith do in the other games, but still unlikely due to his resemblance to Terra. Haha thanks, but don't be sad there still might be a chance he's in there, nothing's been announced about him NOT being in there. But if you like him you either own Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core on PSP or should buy it, he's the main character in there.
No but Zack and the main character Terra looks pretty similar, and Ven the other main character looks exactly like Roxas.

Nope, It's definately Ven. Roxas wasn't born yet. There is supposre to be some unknown connection between the 3 characters (roxas, Ven, and Sora I'm assuming sora cause roxas and sora are connected, so if ven is connected to roxas then sora is connected to ven) though, that is revealed while playing through the game.
Rumors really mean nothing.
