Video input? Well that would be a movie file funning from UMD or your memory stick.There is no way to physically connect another device and display it through the PSP's screen.If you mean video output, there is no way that I am aware of that will allow the PSP fat to ouput its image on to another device. You will need a PSP Slim for that.
