Uh, yeah, it's 358/2 Days, not 258/2 Days.
Hopefully we will hear something soon about both of these games. All of us Kingdom Hearts fans might get lucky and these games will be released in 2009. Who knows? I am ready for a new KH game though.

I agree....dont rush it, id be happy to wait another year to get a great game than a month and end up with a good game.....ive plenty of games backlogged that will keep me busy.
There will be more on them at the private party and the Tokyo Game showHowever, if I had to guess, I would say the DS game isn't all that far from release and Birth By Sleep will probably be ready to go in 2009 since they are putting the most effort into it since it has to set up KH3
Usually info about Japanese games doesn't come out until they're nearly done, for the most part.

Truth be told, I actually have some information about the two games. Birth by Sleep goes before 358/2 Days, so I think that Birth by Sleep will come out first. Who knows, they will probably come out at the same time. Also, I think that Birth by Sleep includes Roxas, based on the released photos, and it takes place before he enters Organization XIII (13). 358/2 Days is (I believe) Organization XIII trying to defeat Heartless getting their captive hearts to create their own Kingdom Hearts. Also, I think that the main character in Birth by Sleep is a new character who might be related to Roxas in some way. I think Birth by Sleep is going to be a better game since the PSP and the Plastation 2 controls are basically the same and the makers of KH are masters at using the controls on the PS2. I look forward to seeing how they do. Is anyone gonna get the KH game, KH Coded? It is for the mobile. I do not know much about it except that it might take place in the world of the Jiminy Journal with a digital version of Sora, or something along the lines of that.

BBS takes place 10 years before the events of KH1 and stars Terra, Aqua, and Ven(Who you thought was Roxas).358/2 Days is a fanservice game that will have multi-player.

a year isnt long, some games take like 4 years, i think its fine

[/QUOTE]I think it's both Co-op and competitive but the only one I can 100% confirm is the co-op. Several owners of the game will be able to pick different members of Organization XIII and play the game.
I think it sucks that birth by sleep wont get online play... and not even Dissidia Final Fantasy which is a fighting game! online play would be obvious for both!:/
