Sound help.

Hey guys,need a little help.



Whenever I try to turn the volume up on my PSP,it goes completely down and never turns back up.Even when I press the + just once,the volume goes all the way down.



Anybody know what the problem might be?

Try Restoring PSP to factory settings, but remember to take out your memory stick while doing it.Sound help.
K.When I do that I get some sound back,but not much.when I try to turn it up at all,it still goes down completely.



are my sound buttons maybe broken?
