how about PSN movie rentals are actually ...

so I was going to try and rent my first movie off the playstation store... and it was 3.99 to rent... well then it says that I have to add a MINIMUM or 5 bucks to my wallet, so now I would be stuck with 1.01 in the account, I mean really what a way to con people, I honestly doubt I will be owning this PSP, for much longer at all! Sony america seriously has no idea what they are doing!
